Your experience with us will be seamless and hassle-free. You’ll choose a date and time for us to detail your vehicle and we’ll deliver the results. We will send you an appointment reminder the day before your appointment, and notify you when we are on our way to you.
Because we are a mobile detailing business, our customers get the convenience of staying home while we come to them. Once we arrive we like to have a quick one-on-one with the customer while we look over the car in case we need to point out anything or ask any questions. When we unload our equipment we keep our supplies organized so as not to make a mess of your driveway.
We run our business with integrity and we pride ourselves on that. Our pricing is upfront and transparent. If there will be any additional charges (due to the vehicle’s condition, for example), we will notify you of these charges before performing your detail so that there are no surprises at the end. It is important to know that we do not charge based on the amount of time the job takes, but rather based on the set prices and the condition of the vehicle. In saying that, obviously exceptional results may take time. We want to be the ones you call when you need your car detailed correctly, so our goal is to do the best job possible. We know as well as anyone that car detailers are a dime a dozen. If one is not meeting the standard, then the customer will find someone else. Our goal is to be indispensable and make sure that we are the ones that you call every time!
